GENERAL HIRING GUIDELINES:

We do not hire or deploy unlicensed officers, ever.  There are simply no exceptions allowed under this policy and by law we cannot do so.  We can train new officers, but California Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS)  regulations prohibit the deployment of unlicensed/untrained security officers.

All applicants must also meet the following basic requirement in order to apply:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have a high school diploma or GED
• Must have a valid State of California driver's license or be able to obtain one within 30 days of employment
• Must not have any misdemeanor or felony convictions
• Must be able to work holidays, nights and weekends
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be in generally good health and be psychologically fit
